Drill hole for fibre cable in (probably) asbestos external cladding

The Chorus technicians who are putting fibre into my wee home would like some help from a tradesperson experienced with handling asbestos. They need someone to help them safely drill a hole so they can do their work, It's a tiny job but of course there is travel, and coordinating with the chorus team. Happy to send through the Chorus technican's contact phone number so you can chat about what is involved and when you can coordinate a time. I am keen to get this done this week as I am off work for the Easter holidays :-). In the photos attached can see where holes have already been drilled for a vodaphone cable and an (old?) TV aerial - the new hole would need to go close to these. I am told by the Chorus technicans that they cannot just reuse the vodaphone cable hole.
