Ceiling asbestos removal - Unit 2.218 Onepu Rd

I would like the existing textured ceiling removed from the Living, Kitchen, corridor and bedrooms. The attached plan has the ceiling areas indicated for each space. The bathroom and wardrobes do not have the textured ceilings. It is a textured ceiling containing White Asbestos (Chrysolite) as analysed by Precise Consulting. It is painted over with white acrylic paint. Unit 2 is upstairs but with good access. There is an on-site carpark available. The unit is vacant from 4th March, so work can begin from then. The exterior of the units are currently being painted but this will not hinder access.
