insulating ceiling under a skillion roof

I have a 1950s home with a flat skillion roof. Home is not insulated so a builder is pulling down the ceillings room by room to insert batts and re-gib and plaster. In two small rooms which used to be exterior, asbestos has been found and we would like it removed before continuing to replace ceilings.. i need someone to come out, inspect and quote/advise best approach please.
