Potential asbestos in ceiling

We have a 1960s apartment with textured ceilings that may contain asbestos. We are getting it tested and if positive, we need to either get the asbestos removed or encased with ceiling gib. Ceiling areas are lounge 4.1m x 4.8m, hallway 1.1m x 4m, first bedroom 3.4m x 3.4m, second bedroom 2.3m x 2.6m - total area of just under 42m2. The apartment is on the ground floor and will be empty of all furniture and belongings when the work is being done.
