Removal of Asbestos ceiling

Hey Guys, We are looking at purchasing a house in the next week or so that has an Asbestos ceiling in the living room/hall. We are just curious to whether you can give us a ballpark quote. The ceiling area is about 26 meters square. Obviously, if we have luck in getting the property We'll be in touch for a more formal quote and would hope to have the work done in the next 6-8 weeks if possible. This would just be for the removal as we'll put up a new ceiling ourselves. Thanks in advance for the help.
