Removal of asbestos in laundry

Removal of asbestos-backed lino-type flooring from laundry (3.3m x 1.8m) ahead of laundry and bathroom rennovation. It is in reasonable condition with the edges starting to peel up. The room is on the ground floor, has two single / small windows, and the laundry is accessed via a single door into a small hall - perdestrian external access would then be through our downstairs workshop. The laundry has vents which form part of the ducted aircon and these would need sealing off too. Its been tested and confirmed as asbestos (crystotile) - and I assess is friable given the mat/cardboard-like-like backing. we need it removing safely and without contaminating the house with asbestos. Keen to get this job completed as soon as possible to enable us to start work on the rennovation.
