Asbestos removal - Glen Eden

Hi team, we have the coatings on decorative arches, walls and an upstairs ceiling that have all recently tested positive for asbestos. Approx 30 sqm of ceiling and maybe a further 20 sqm of wall has these coverings ("popcorn" and swirls) - see attached photo. We wish to renovate the kitchen and living room but can't while this is an issue, hence we need the majority of the asbestos removed rather than encapsulated due to wanting to change the layout. This needs to be done by a qualified removal agent on a relatively tight timeframe (days rather than weeks). The job is in a townhouse in Glen Eden, and this work is in on the second floor, however we would appreciate advice for other asbestos throughout. We would like an estimate of how much the removal work for the upstairs would likely cost and how long it might take from experienced contractors only please - if you don't have demonstrated experience, sorry but we cannot consider you.
