Asbestos removal and/or small Garage Demolition

Hi there, My partner and I are in the conditional stage of purchasing a house and we've just found out that the cladding of the garage has Asbestos. It's an old garage anyway, (house was built in the 1930's, garage not long after), so we wanted to get an idea of the cost of removing the asbestos plus demolition so that we can negotiate with our vendor. The garage is a small single garage, i'm unsure of exact dimensions but let's say it's close to 3.1m x 5.5m. Happy with a ballpark figure for a quote. Thanks for your help
