Remove textured ceilings #2

Hi, I’m renovating a rental property at Snells Beach and the upstairs of the house has high sloped ceilings that are covered in a lumpy, sparkly texture. I’d like it removed and the ceilings plastered smooth. I’m not sure if it contains asbestos or not. Initially I’d like a test taken to see if it is, and if it is, I’d like a quote to remove the texture and leave the ceilings ready for painting. Thank you
