Cut hole in soffit for extrator fan outlet

I have a single level house that I need a hole of approx 150mm diameter cut into the soffit for an extractor fan. The soffit is made of fibrolite and is from the 60's so I think it's safe to assume it contains asbestos. Looking for someone to cut the hole and dispose of the waste.
