Removing asbestos sheets from an exterior wall.

Remove asbestos sheet wall on a neighbour's garage closely bordering our property. It is nailed directly onto the frame, with battens over the joins. It has been exposed since overgrowing vegetation has been removed. It has a piece about half a square metre broken off at the bottom. It is probably advisable to remove a small amount of earth from the area underneath. The intention had been to cover the wall with ply sheets. I now think it would be better both currently and for the future to remove the asbestos first. The area is 2.5 x 5.5 metres.
