marae church

We are looking to do a renovation on a church building on our marae in Morrinsville. Rukumoana Marae walton road. There have been raised concerns that the ceiling may contain asbestos. We would like someone to access the situation for us and priovide a report and qoute for removal if asbestos found. I am happpy to provide renovation plans on sight to also access (given the age of the building (1940's) wether its worth renovating or building new. Approx budget mentioned is for the inspection and report to be produced.
