Survey, removal and certification prior to demolition of 4 bedroom house at 60 South Street. House is an ex-Delta WW2 classroom relocated to site. Two additional bedrooms were added circa 2005. Clad in Westboard (pressed metal) over original timber weatherboard. Gables have been tested by Hill Labs as containing white asbestos. Approx. 10m2 total. Roof tiles have been tested by Hill Labs as NOT containing any asbestos. Demo due to start 1 March.
