Removal of loose asbestos sheets from under our house

We recently had a building inspection done on our house (as we are preparing to sell it) and the inspector told us we had some sheets of asbestos under the house that should be removed. These must have been present when we bought the house in 2007, the house was built in 1975. There are probably 10-15 sheets, almost all intact but a few have been crawled on by my husband or tradies when accessing under the house and have cracked. Thanks.
