asbestos removal pre or post onsite house shift

We are planning to lift and shift the existing house on the same site and find out that there are few areas which has asbestos in it. We need to get it removed prior to house move or post-move depending on the advice, cost and effort involve. Already got asbestose survey report and need to plan and carry out the remediation work. Below is breif of the area *Soffits. * Electricity distribution board. *Flooring in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. *fireplace *shed Running on a tight budget, so need something economical as it's in Otara area. so need the cheap stuff.
