Remove Asbestos Popcorn Ceiling (< 30m2)

I have recently get my living room popcorn ceiling tested for asbestos, and unfortunately it come back positive for Chrysotile. I looking to get it remove as soon as possible either by (scraping) or (cut, remove and fix new ceiling). The area is about or less than 30m2. My house is a single level and living room is located at the front and where the front door located. There is another door from the living room to access the hallway.
