Asbestos removal - Kitchen vinyl flooring

Recently when undertaking a new flooring installation we discovered old vinyl in our kitchen that we didn’t know was there and is under the current carpet/newer vinyl. This has been tested and confirmed to contain asbestos in the backing of the old vinyl. We would like to get this removed. The area is approx 12m2 and currently there is two types of flooring over the old vinyl, carpet in half the room and a newer layer of vinyl in half the room. We don’t know for sure the asbestos containing vinyl covers the full 12m2 of the kitchen but that is the most likely scenario. It will also potentially run under the kitchen cabinets which we are not seeking to replace so any asbestos removal will have to be done in a way to hopefully keep the cabinets in place or in good condition.
