Removal of interior brick wall plus small amount of asbestos encapsulation #2

There is an ugly brick wall inside our house that we want to remove (see photo), it is decorative only with standard wall behind it. The ceiling in this room is encapsulated asbestos, however when we started to remove brickwork today we could see that it looks like a very small amount of ceiling above the top row of bricks may not have been encapsulated as it's a different colour (see pic). At this point we stopped work and thought probably best to get professionals in to remove the top rows of bricks and coat/encapsulate the small amount of asbestos ceiling that hasn't already been done.
