Remove GibTex stippled ceilings (possible asbestos) in 105m2 2 story Town House

I want GibTex stippled ceilings removed from the living area, bedrooms and hall/stairway, toilet, laundry. for a 2 story townhouse, and then refinished in plaster and painted. Ceilings downstairs are flat: the 3 bedroom ceilings have some slope. I can provide a pdf of the original 1983 specifications showing the cross/section from which may be able to see the degree of slope (won't load on this site) There is a skylight (pictured below) in the hall - around the edge there is some cracking of the ceiling The property was built by Lower Hutt City Council in 1983 and 4mm Gibtex was specified as the finishing for the ceilings. No test has been done as yet but I am assuming asbestos and would like a quote for removal assuming asbestos (and what the cost would be if not asbestos) I have just had my offer accepted on the property and settlement will be either 5 or 12 or 19 July (and I'd be looking to have the work done immediately, before I moved in (so the house will be empty when the work is done).
