Lounge ceiling requires asbestos removal

The ceiling has been tested and asbestos confirmed. Please find attached photos and measurements for the lounge ceiling requiring asbestos removal. It’s a 3 bedroom house, guys welcome to stay there if that's is an option. The lounge is almost a standalone room within the house, with entry only from the kitchen at the narrow end, and a ranch slider along the longer side. If the lounge was isolated, people would still have full access to the rest of the house uninhibited. Ideally we would be looking for the first week of December 2020, otherwise asap after that. Please indicate whether if you intend to scrape, or cut and drop. Please also confirm whether if cost is total or if there are more costs involved (such as a separate contractor to seal off the room, etc). Any more questions please let me know.
