Asbestos Removal

The Rintoul Group Limited is seeking a specialist asbestos removal company to subcontract to it in respect to a building demolition contract at Okaihau College. Scope of Work Block H removed including compliant asbestos removal, demonstrated through thorough SSSP and task analysis Time of Work It is anticipated that the Contract will commence 20 May 2016 and be completed by 10 June 2016. Capability The capability required in terms of specific skills and expertise (refer to specification where available) as evidenced by: • Certified asbestos removal company to be used • Relevant certification/accreditation or similar • The nature and amount of recent experience relevant to the current procurement e.g. no less than three years recent experience undertaking projects of a similar size/nature to the requirement. Preference may be given to Respondents with experience delivering works of a similar nature/size in institutional or comparable settings. • Track record • Health & safety documents and records Capacity Detail your Resource Requirements • Advise any specialist plant and equipment requirements • Confirm that your company has sufficient resources available throughout the engagement to ensure full delivery by the anticipated completion date.
