I've removed vynal and hardboard to discover asbestos backing underneath on rimu for which I was hoping to have sanded and polyurethaned. Room approx 2.6 x 2.6 less where old cabinets were. I have remove all tacks with heads but not those with no heads yet. Have tried soaking with water and appears to come off relatively easily but project is stalled until I can remedy this! Looking for a quote please.
