Asbestos stipple ceiling removal

We have 58m2 of stipple asbestos ceiling to be removed. We would like it scraped rather than cut out. Ceilings are all 2.4m stud, except 2 bedrooms which grade up to 2.9m for a small section (say 8m2 total). We would like testing and sign off, I could do a cowboy job myself, but have chosen to pay someone to do it properly.
