Nathan and Kim’s stipple ceiling
Job description
We have a 9sqm Stipple plaster ceiling in our spare bedroom that needs to be raked. We already know it will contain asbestos because the other ceilings in house had it before the eqc repairs were done. This room was not included in the eqc repairs. We would like a quote for the removal of this stipple plaster and to have the ceiling skimmed ready for painting.

"My standard rate for the work I did is $1050+GST, I discounted you by $200 as well as found you removal quotes hundreds of dollars cheaper than anyone else, as well as got the plastering sorted for you, including extra work fixing your failed repair for free, and you give me a 4/5 rating for price?
Then you changed the price to include the subcontractor work that I put no markup on costing me $99.04 which BuilderCrack have already deducted from me.
Unbelievable."
