Lounge ceiling/wall asbestos removal

4 x 5m lounge, easily sealed off from the rest of house. Walls a heavier plaster effect, 2 x interior walls 14m2 approx. due to large windows. Will be easier & quicker to remove the base gib sheet with plaster on to dispose. Ceiling a lighter swirl style stipple, could either scrape to remove or remove gib base. Ceiling & wall top plaster coat tested positive for asbestos, but not crumbly condition. Job is ready to be done now - floor is cleared, architraves have been removed.
