Test and roof removal quote

Hey there, my partner and I are currently looking to purchase our first home in Central Otago - We are looking at a property today that was built in the 1970’s. In the disclosure documents, it says that decormastic tiles have been used on the roofing. The report also says that the owners are unsure if asbestos is present. Just wanting to get a quote on getting this house tested and even potentially a quote for a new roof and asbestos removal just to back up our offer if we decide to proceed.
