We have a textured ceiling which contains asbestos. The floor area of the property is roughly 48m2, and detailed as below: • Kitchen (4.5 m2) – Photo 1 • Bathroom (6.0 m2) – Photo 2 • Lounge ( 19m2) – Photo 3 • Bedroom 1 (11.0 m2) – Photo 4 • Bedroom 2 (6.5 m2) – Photo 5 • Hallway (1.5 m2) – Photo 7 Please may you provide a quote with the following options: 1. Textured removal and ceiling skim 2. Texture removal only We would like to remove 2 internal walls once the texture has been removed, but before skimming. Please confirm that this is possible?
