In the downstairs area of a factory office there are a number of areas that have sprayed plaster which has been tested and contains asbestos . I need a plan for the removal.
Some of the areas could possibly be removed while the business is operating (exterior areas), but others (lunchroom and office) will need to be removed when the office is not being used. The lunchroom is the only relatively urgent job as it is flaking in a couple of places.
The approximate areas are:
Courtyard eaves (exterior) - 10 x 1.5m = 15 m2
Lunchroom (interior) - 11.5 x 10m = 69 m2
Front and side eaves (exterior) - 35.5 x 1.5m = 53.25 m2
Office (interior) - 24 x ---
Approximately 320 m2 Total
Ideally I would like to have this job done within the next 24 months. As it is a working office some of it will need to be done outside office hours or during the two week Christmas shutdown.

"Tricky job to remove the plaster texture from the ceiling over a weekend at a working factory lunchroom. Dallas and his team was able to finish on time and within budget."
