Small amenities shed and drainage drawings required for WDC permit.

We require Council ready drawings of a small amenities shed 3.0m x 2.6m showing a hot water cylinder and a washing machine and tub. We require a drainage plan showing sewer from sewer connection at boundary to the amenities shed. The drainage and site plan have been hand drawn already by drainlayer. The amenities shed will be constructed on a deck, which will be less than 1.0m high. Both deck and shed need to be drawn to NZS3604. Council requires 3 x site plans, 3 x floor plans, 3 x elevations, 2 x cross sections and a foundation plan.
