Help we really need a draftsman; ( Drafting work only as we have a builder ) We have a 1969 block and brick home which has pocky little rooms, seperate kitchen, seperate dinning room and then the lounge is at one end of the home and the dining kitchen currently at the other end, (not even near the dinning room) so our home needs opening out, the bedrooms need to be all at one end and the kitchen dinning and lounge need to be all at the other end , internal walls will need removing and realigning the Current lounge needs to be turned into bedrooms , also external walls will need insulation added and aluminium windows, (we currently get really cold in winter). The new dinning lounge area that needs to be created needs to have doors which don't currently exist opening onto a nice deck and pergola ? which should create some indoor outdoor flow, and we also need a car port. we are also totally open to ideas and suggestions. we would like to have some plans drawn up so that we can have an experienced builder (whom we have already found and myself ) to be able to make a start on this project hopefully prior to 2022 but will see how we go.
