Drafting, flat site, rectangle house, piles, floor plan done
Job description
We require a Draughtsman to draft up our plans of a 230sqm rectangle house on piles for consent through the Western Bay of Plenty Council. Currently we have a floor plan that has been reviewed by our builder and we have a good idea of what roofing and cladding we will be using. we are likely to go unconditional on the land on 29 November and then will require the plans as soon as possible after that.

Would not hesitate to recommend Micheal in a heartbeat. He is very efficient, very professional and understands our requirements. He also uses some nifty techniques for effective communication which speed up the process at the same time. cannot recommend him enough. An all round great guy too.
