Hi there, we currently renovating the lower level Of our home and are looking to make a start upstairs. We have some walls upstairs we are removing which are non load bearing and fall under schedule 1. The current bathroom upstairs we are making a different entrance into and turning into a ensuite. We would also like to add a toilet to it. The shower will be tiled so will require a waterproof inspection. The current kitchen will become a scullery and the new kitchen moved into the living dining area. Our aim is to have only the required work covered under the consent to keep council fees down and the process fast. I myself will be doing the work as I’m a builder and the lbp sign off by my boss. If possible could you please give us a quote on what it would cost to design plans and submit them to council ? Kind regards Ethan ---
