Alterations and additions

Hi, we are wanting to get some drawings done for a bit of work around our place in Karori. We want to do a double garage with granny flat underneath, an extension to the house including master bedroom and en-suite etc, and a couple of large openings in existing load bearing walls. Works will be staged over the next two years and going through the resource consent phase now. The first stage would be the house extension and openings. I have done drawings in autoCAD of what we want if that helps. We are wanting to get on with this portion now.
