Kitchen and deck renovation

I am renovating my kitchen including partial removal of a wall (likely load bearing), and replacing my current deck with an extended deck (to a size which is likely to require consent). I believe that both will require drawings for resource consents. I am unclear of the exact requirements in this space but believe that i require someone to develop plans/drawings and manage the consenting process. My builder is booked in for the end of May so i don't have a lot of time to get this all sorted and am looking for someone to assist.
