We are looking for a registered draftsperson to provide plans for some renovations and building consents. The work includes re-positioning the front door, creating a new entrance hall with a new internal wall, another bedroom in the rumpus room area with a new internal wall and installing sliding doors. We have engaged a structural engineer we’ve worked with in the past who has an outline of the work to be done.
