The following living infrastructure are accessible near the garage(see photos), should be used with the project(?) : - storm pipe - waste pipe - cold water pipe - electricity We see within the studio: bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, kitchen space, living space, sleeping space, outdoor area(deck?) PS: if you can do the city council consents, it is a bonus
