Explore adding a storey to existing house

Explore the feasibility of adding another storey to a house that was builti n 2010. The house is 177 sqm - First floor is 117sqm and the second storey is 60 sqm. Based on constraints with the size of the section/shade angles it is hoped to determine if another storey can be added (approx 40-50sqm) that will meet council regulations.
