Mount Cook Bungalow

Kia ora, My partner and I have moved into a bungalow in Mount Cook. We’ve spent the summer break working on plans to give the place a more modern feel, and better indoor flow. We’re now looking for someone who can help us turn those plans into council ready ones, and something that a builder can help tender on. We’re primarily looking to move our kitchen towards the front of the house, with open plan dining and living and to then move the bathroom to where the kitchen was. We would then ideally like to have the bedrooms remain towards the back of the house. While most of the internal walls will remain the same, there are two that we’d be wanting to remove and would like to receive advice on structural integrity by doing this. We’d also be looking to put some walls up too. Initial floor plans and concept work are available.
