Hi, We have a 1964 built house in Khandallah. The house is mostly in original condition, with big rimu windows and a deck off the lounge and dining room looking out to Petone. Cedar exterior with a corrugated roof. Bathrooms and kitchen are original so a complete change is require there. We would like extend the deck from the lounge, so some design and engineering work would be required. We have some other thoughts on some layout changes, but it would be good to talk these over with architects before we settle on the final design.
