Hello our 1913 good ol wooden Wellington home needs work on the south wall. Two stories. Some rotten boards, likely some internal frame also needs replacing and all wall insulated and re clad either in boards Wellington Profile or in Corrugated Iron. We need a plan for building consent. Ideal to have plan done before Christmas hols. Thank you :-)
