Need plans for recladding wall of house and installing new door & windows.

We have an issue with moisture coming in through the flashing on our old windows & decking joists. We need to do a reclad of one side of the house (2 stories), have a ranch sliding door and new windows installed with appropriate flashing to keep the moisture out. We also need new flashings for the decking joists. The double glazed windows have already been manufactured but the the door hasn't been yet as it would have required a building consent. As the recladding will require a consent, we may as well have the door done at the same time. There is some framing that will need to be replaced but not all of it as thankfully it's treated timber so we aren't dealing with a full on 90's style leaky home.
