Hi I need plans drawn up to meet the building code and council specs for Whangarei. I have designed the house already using Home Design 3D software. I have a list of materials for cladding, linings etc. The plan is very simple. It is a long and thin rectangle with single pitch roof, due to house site being sloping. The measurements are for aesthetics rather than compliance so can be adjusted to meet relevant regulations or to suit standard sizing of materials. Can you please provide an indication of price to get a set of plans drawn up that will be suitable for consent with council and for a builder to quote on.
