Plans for opening up living space

Removal of internal walls to create open plan kitchen living space. The wall separating the kitchen and lounge is likely to be load bearing but would need assessment and engineering plan as required. If wall is load bearing then building consent would be required along with relevant engineering plans. Option 1 is removal of wall separating kitchen and lounge and leaving the laundry as self contained. Option 2 includes removing laundry walls as well Council plans for the house can be provided for reference
