Granny flat plans

Hi we are looking to build a new open plan granny flat on our section (cottage style) estimated size 52 square mtrs including deck. I have drawn a rough plan. Structure will be wooden floor, tin roof, board & batten exterior. We are looking at getting the project to lock up stage end of the year, early 2022. I need to now do plans for council. I am looking to establish approx cost for plans & availability of your services. Regards Julie
