Review and Comment on Draft Building Consent Application and Drawings

We have prepared a draft Building Consent application and drawings (South Taranaki Council) dealing primarily with the addition of a new ensuite in an existing area of the house, together with the renovation of the main bath. New plumbing is to be installed throughout the house, and two continuous hot water heaters (LPG) will also be installed. The property is on tank water/septic tank as it's in a rural location. There is also an old, disused swimming pool on the property that will need new fencing (among a new heater and liner) but we don't know if this needs to be included in a BC. We would like someone to review the BC application and drawings, and then make comments/corrections (by hand if easiest) so that we can make the changes to the documents. Of particular concern to check is the section dealing with clauses of the building code, as well as identifying what else needs to be added to the drawings (if anything). We would like the review done as soon as possible.
