LBP2 or Architect required for load bearing wall replacement

- Consultation around load bearing wall removal and replacement with PFC portal exposed finish. - Onsite inspection of proposed renovation. - Draw and details of proposed renovation. Plans to then go to structural engineer for sign off on portal frame. House is a single story in Te Atatu South - there are a few other walls I am wanting to remove but these are not load bearing. No plumbing or fixtures changing so not sure if a building consent is required. I have a copy of the property files I can provide on request.
