We would like to add a bathroom ,shower, toilet to our stand alone garage with 2 bedrooms. Council have requested that we get a architect to draw up plans in support of obtaining a builders consent. Garage is --- We require a competent qualified 'planner' who can complete the job and look at ways of 'saving money' whilst meeting the standards set out by 'council'. Looking at submitting before Xmas.
