Hi, We are looking to remove the conservatory at the front of our house and replace it with an approximately 20m2 living space. It will have a concrete floor, weather board exterior cladding and aluminium joinery. We need drawings for consent application that are clear, correct and complete, and include a suitable level of detail as required by Auckland Council. Including, foundation plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, exterior elevation, sections, construction details.
