Drafting Remedial work on garage roof and house extension

We are looking to find a draft technician who can create drawings for a 4.5x6 meter extension to our house including a bedroom/ open plan office space and ensuite with an ajacent 3x6 m deck. We also need drawings for remedial work to our 6x6 garage roof deck which has water ingress issues from the roof. We are wishing to rebuild the roof, lay an impermeable membrane on top and then a floating deck on top of that. We also need the balustrade redesigned to code.
