House renovations

We are seeking drafting services for detailed design. Concept design for RC has been done by a registered architect. Drafting services will be overseen by the architect for QA and standardisation of detailing. RC will be lodged circa end of July. Drafting services need to be underway mid August with BC lodgement late September. Design will involve the addition of two bedrooms, outdoor living, reconfiguration of kitchen, laundry and adjacent living areas. Addition of a new living and dining space. Evidence of capacity and capability with references will be required to be submitted along with a fee proposal. The property is located Rural Massey Auckland.
